Hosted Supplier Booth Meetings

This year’s meeting format will once again include hosted supplier booth meetings—a valuable opportunity for suppliers to engage directly with Vernon AEs in focused, one-on-one or small group conversations. These sessions are designed to foster meaningful discussions around products, marketing opportunities, and sales strategies—all within your tradeshow booth. Each meeting provides 11 minutes of uninterrupted, quality time to connect and collaborate, helping strengthen relationships and drive business growth with Vernon. Participating suppliers will host 16 consecutive 11-minute meetings, held in their booth from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15, prior to the tradeshow opening. Hosted booth meetings are available for a $1,000 fee (in addition to the event registration fee). Space is limited, and participants will be notified promptly upon selection. Enjoy great food, conversation, and a taste of the host city while building new relationships and strengthening existing ones. Event Details: • Date: Wednesday, April 15 (evening, following the tradeshow) • Group Size: Approximately 10 participants (Vernon AEs, one Vernon corporate host and another supplier co-host) • Logistics: The Vernon Company will assign attendees and make restaurant reservations. • Host Responsibilities: Suppliers will arrange transportation for their group and cover the dinner cost (shared with the co-host supplier).
