  • Includes 1 furnished piped and draped exhibit space, 1 six-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, waste basket and id sign.

    Please select the number of booths you want to reserve. If you require more than one table, you must reserve additional booth space. **Additional booths, beyond one, are subject to availability.

  • Hosted Supplier Booth Meetings

  • We’ve got a new format this year, featuring hosted supplier booth meetings. These meetings give suppliers the opportunity to interact with Vernon AEs in a one-to-one or small group dynamic, discussing products, marketing opportunities and sales ideas, at their tradeshow booth.

    The hosted booth meetings offer a more personal approach, focused on collaborating and building relationships with Vernon AEs to help grow business with Vernon. Each meeting is 12 minutes of uninterrupted quality time in the supplier’s booth, providing one-on-one interactions that lead to productive discussions and relationship building.

    Suppliers who are selected to participate will have 16 consecutive 12-minute meetings. These meetings will be held in the supplier’s tradeshow booth, from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, on Tuesday, April 8, prior to the tradeshow.

    Hosted booth meetings are available for a $1,000 fee. This is in addition to the event registration fee. The booth meetings are limited in number. You will be notified as soon as possible if you are selected for one of these sessions.

  • Networking Dine-Arounds

  • We are thrilled to offer dine-arounds to suppliers to enhance your meeting experience. Savor an extra networking opportunity and get to know AEs outside of a meeting setting. Sign up to host a dine-around to connect with others, develop new relationships and get a taste of the host city.

    Dine-Arounds are the evening of Tuesday, April 8, following the tradeshow.

    The Vernon Company will designate the attendees for each Dine-Around group and make restaurant reservations. Suppliers will arrange for transportation for their group and pay for the dinner (cost split with another supplier co-host). Group size is approximately 10 people (Vernon AEs, one Vernon corporate office host, and another supplier co-host).

  • Product Opportunities

  • Increase exposure with AEs by donating an item for inclusion in the meeting gift bag. Consider functional items that can be used by attendees throughout the event.

    Please indicate if you are interested in providing one of the items below. We recommend imprinting with the Vernon logo, your ASI # and the item #.

  • Amplify your brand and presence by donating prizes for the Prize Giveaway that takes place during the tradeshow. Consider donating a high-end gift from your line or a great offer for free specs, samples, etc.

    Drop off your prize at the registration desk with your business card attached. Please do not send to Vernon prior to the event.
