2025 Vernon National Sales Meeting – AE Registration

Please register below for the 2025 Vernon National Sales Meeting. The standard meeting package includes 3 nights private room, plus food and beverage package.

Dates: Monday, April 7, 2025 – Thursday, April 10, 2025. (Arrive prior to 6:00 pm on Monday, hotel check-in begins at 4:00 pm; Hotel checkout is Thursday, by noon).

Location: Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, Clearwater, FL.

After March 1, 2025, the amount of your credit dollars will be confirmed and changes can be made at that time, if needed.

Event dates are April 7-10, 2025. Arrival date is Monday, April 7. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM. The first meeting function starts at 6:00 PM, with the Welcome Reception & Awards Banquet. Checkout is Thursday, April 10, by 11:00 AM.

Vernon will manage your hotel reservations for the three nights of the event (4/7-4/9). If you choose to arrive prior to/leave after the scheduled meeting dates (4/7-4/10) you are responsible for booking your hotel reservations directly with the hotel, at your expense.

1) A standard meeting package includes 3 nights PRIVATE hotel room, entertainment and food & beverage.

2) You may choose to share a hotel room with another Vernon AE (max of 2 AEs per room). Both AEs in a shared room receive a $200 credit. You must pre-arrange your own roommate. Vernon will not make roommate assignments.

3) A private room with GUEST is an upgrade charge of $535. This upgrade includes a guest food and beverage package and attendance at select events.

If you indicated that you are sharing a room with another AE, list the AE name below. You must pre-arrange your own roommate (with their agreement/approval). Vernon will not make roommate assignments.

Guest Registration

The upgrade charge for a guest to attend the 3-day event is $535. This includes a guest food and beverage package at select events. The guest’s food and beverage package at select events will be charged to the AE.

Special Requests and Accommodations

As with all Vernon-hosted meetings and events, we welcome people of all abilities and needs. To successfully participate in the National Sales Meeting, please let us know of any special requests or assistance you may require during the event. We will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. All requests should be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure the best accessibility and accommodation. Please check all that apply.

Terms of Registration

By accepting these terms you acknowledge the following:

1. AEs are responsible for all travel arrangements and expenses to and from Clearwater, FL.

2. All costs will be charged and credits applied on commission statement in March 2025.

3. If at that time an AE does not have sufficient funds in their stabilization account to cover costs for attending the National Sales Meeting, a credit card will be required to cover costs.
