Thank you for your interest in working with The Vernon Company. We have a preferred vendor network that includes approximately 100 industry suppliers. Suppliers earn their way into this network. To become a preferred vendor, suppliers must meet specific criteria and adhere to performance levels to maintain that status. Supplier entry into the program is based on sales volume, special pricing, rebate incentives, participation in meetings and marketing programs, and product safety compliance. Product Safety
Vernon requires all vendors in its preferred program to comply with current product safety standards. We require each supplier to adhere to and sign our comprehensive product safety packet, agreeing to provide us with a Product Safety Statement, Proof of CPSIA and Prop 65 Compliance, Indemnification Agreement and Proof of Insurance.
