    Our group will begin the trip at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu and conclude at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.
    If you plan to arrive prior to June 1 at the Manoir Richelieu or depart after June 6 from the Château Frontenac, please indicate your requested dates below. Additional nights are subject to hotel availability and will be billed at our contracted group rates:
    • Manoir Richelieu – $451 CAD per night (double occupancy)
    • Château Frontenac – $618 CAD per night (double occupancy)
    If you are traveling outside the group trip dates and will be staying at a hotel other than our Vernon-contracted properties, please select Program Trip Dates below.

    3. Any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission of any person or entity outside the direct control of The Vernon Company or any sponsoring company or organization.
    During the trip, participants may have the opportunity to engage in optional activities such as water sports, athletic activities, contests, excursions, or side trips. Participation in these optional activities is voluntary, and The Vernon Company and any sponsoring company or organization are not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising from or related to such participation.
