2026 Vernon National Sales Meeting – AE Registration

Join us for the National Sales Meeting in Dallas! Please complete the form below to register.

Your standard meeting package includes three nights in a private room and a food and beverage package throughout the event.

(Please plan to arrive before 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.; checkout is by noon on Friday.)

Meeting Package Details

• Standard Package: 3-night private hotel room, entertainment and food & beverage included.
• Shared Room Option: Share with another Vernon AE (max 2 per room) and each receive a $200 credit. You must arrange your own roommate – Vernon will not assign roommates.
• Guest Room Upgrade: Private room with guest available for $600. Includes guest meals and attendance at select events.

If you selected the Shared Room Meeting Package, please list your confirmed roommate’s name below. Roommates must be pre-arranged – Vernon will not assign roommates.

A Guest Package Upgrade is $850 for the 3-day event. This includes the guest’s food and beverage package at select events. The upgrade fee will be charged to the AE’s stab account.

To help ensure a comfortable and successful experience at the National Sales Meeting, please let us know if you require any special accommodations or assistance during the event.
