    The primary attendee’s registration includes participation in the following:

  • Please select the number of booths that you would like to reserve. Each booth comes with one 6′ long, skirted table. If you require more than one table, you must reserve additional booth space.

    **Additional booth space, beyond one, is subject to availability.

  • Supplier Breakout Sessions

  • These sessions give you the opportunity to interact with Vernon AEs in a small group setting – discussing your product line, marketing opportunities and sales ideas.

    Suppliers who are selected to participate will present eight 20-minute sessions, consecutively, to small groups of 10-12 AEs. These are fast-paced sessions, held over a three-hour period. Breakout education sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday mornings (suppliers will present one of these two days, not both).

    These sessions are available for a $1,000 participation fee. This is in addition to the event registration fee. The breakout sessions are limited in number. You will be notified as soon as possible if you are selected for one of these sessions.

  • Supplier Hosted Dinners

  • Wednesday evening, April 10, is a night without scheduled large group activities, giving you an opportunity to co-host a small group of AEs for dinner.

    ALL AEs are required to attend a supplier hosted dinner, and Vernon designates the attendees for each group. AEs are divided (somewhat randomly) into equal groups of approximately 10 people (Vernon AEs, one Vernon corporate office host, and another supplier host).

    Vernon will select the restaurant and handle all reservations for your group. It is the supplier’s responsibility to arrange for an Uber ride (or other local transport) for members of your group AND to cover the cost of the meal (split evenly between the 2 supplier hosts in the group).

    These dinners are a favorite of both AEs and suppliers, as they give everyone a chance to spend time away from the typical meeting format and develop new relationships.

  • Meeting Swag Bag Opportunities

  • Product contributions offer another way to increase exposure with our AEs. The items contributed are given to all AEs in attendance, in a welcome gift bag and throughout the event.

    Please check below if you are interested in providing one of the items to be used by attendees at our meeting. We recommend imprinting these items with the Vernon corporate logo, your ASI # and the item #.
