Please use this form to register for the event and express interest in education sessions, supplier-hosted activities and product contribution opportunities during the event. The cost per supplier to participate in the National Sales Meeting is $2,000 which will be billed in February 2020.  One representative from your company is invited to the following events with our account executives (included in participation fee):

• Tuesday, 4/21 – Evening Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner
• Wednesday, 4/22 – Breakfast, Lunch & Supplier Suite Show
• Thursday, 4/23 – Breakfast & Lunch

**NEW** There will be a SUITE SHOW in the afternoon on Wednesday, April 22. This suite show will be held in place of a regular trade show, and ALL SUPPLIERS are REQUIRED to have a room reserved at the Embassy Suites for this purpose.

We will be extending another invitation for additional attendees from your company at a later date.

Invoices will be sent to all registered suppliers in February outlining the specifics of your registration.

  • The primary attendee's registration includes one event ticket for the following meals: Tuesday Evening Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner - April 21, Wednesday, April 22 - Breakfast & Lunch and Thursday, April 23 - Breakfast & Lunch. Note: We will be extending another invitation for additional attendees at a later date.

  • Invoices will be sent out approximately 60 days prior to the show. Suppliers can choose their preferred method of payment.
  • Up Close & Personal Sessions

  • Up Close & Personal sessions give you a chance to interact with Vernon Account Execs in a small group setting - discussing your product line, marketing opportunities and sales ideas. Up Close & Personal sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday. Depending on the day, suppliers who are chosen to participate will present either six or eight 20-minute sessions, consecutively, to small groups of 15-20 Account Executives. These are fast-paced sessions, held over a three-hour period. The sessions will be held on Wednesday morning and Thursday morning. These session are available for a $1,000 participation fee. This is in addition to the event participation fee and attendance at selected meals/functions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (see top of form for specifics). The Up Close & Personal sessions are very limited in number. You will be notified as soon as possible if you are selected for one of these sessions.
  • Supplier-Hosted Dinners

  • Wednesday night, April 22, is a night without scheduled activities, giving you an opportunity to co-host a small group of Account Executives for dinner. Vernon designates the attendees for each group and ALL AEs are required to attend a supplier-hosted dinner. Closer to the meeting date we will divide attending AEs into equal groups (somewhat randomly). Each group will consist of approximately 10 people (Vernon AEs, one Vernon corporate office host and another supplier host). Vernon will select the restaurant where your group is dining and handle reservations for your group. It is the supplier’s responsibility to arrange for an Uber ride (or other local transport) for members of your group AND to cover the cost of the meal (split evenly between the 2 supplier hosts in the group). Everyone will find out their dinner groups (Vernon AEs and suppliers) during the meeting. Dinners will be scheduled to begin at various times, with the dinner schedule to be announced on Wednesday. These dinners are always well-received by both AEs and participating suppliers, as they gave everyone a chance to spend time away from the typical meeting format and forge new working relationships.
  • Product Contribution Opportunities

  • Product contributions offer another way to increase exposure with our AEs. The items contributed are given to all AEs in attendance. Please check below if you are interested in providing one of the items to be used by attendees at our meeting. We recommend imprinting these items with the Vernon corporate logo, your ASI # and the item #. Again, we will be in contact with you to confirm your contribution. Thank you for your support!
