My name is Vicki Palm and I am the Communications Manager in the Marketing Department. Our department creates a variety of marketing tools to help our salespeople increase their sales. We create and distribute seven Vernon proprietary catalogs a year, featuring our own exclusive lines of calendars, apparel, gifts and graphics. We produce three seasonal Sale catalogs each year, with a new issue going out to customers every four months. We provide personalized imprinted cover options and a direct mailing service for this catalog, for an even greater impact with your clients and prospects.

We also produce a monthly corporate newsletter for our sales force, and send a monthly e-newsletter to our customers, on our salespeople’s behalf. The e-newsletter is personalized with salesperson’s name, address, phone number and a direct email link, so recipient’s responses go directly to the sales rep.

And, if that wasn’t enough, we organize Vernon’s annual incentive trips to great destinations like Alaska, Cabo San Lucas and Victoria, B.C. We’re currently hard at work on next year’s trip to fabulous Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic.
